Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you have a refund policy for pet art?

You'll receive your digital preview within 2-4 working days (usually sooner), and you can enjoy unlimited revisions with your artist. If you still don't love it, you'll receive a full refund.

However, once you've approved your artwork, and since orders are tailored exclusively for the customer and their pet, returns or refunds are not accepted.

What if I'm not satisfied with my artwork?

If our pet art doesn't make your heart flutter, please reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our prime concern, and we're dedicated to making sure you absolutely love your artwork.

Rest assured, our design team will make revisions until your piece is exactly how you envision it, prior to printing.

How long does it take to receive my pet art and what is the shipping cost?

All artwork is printed locally reducing delivery times and carbon footprint.

1. First Artwork Preview: Within 72 hours of ordering (usually sooner)
2. Artwork Edits: 1 - 24 hours (if requested)
3. Production Time: 4 days (printing, quality checks)
4. USA Shipping: 6 - 8 business days (standard free shipping)

Important Notes
- Artists reply within 4-24 hours
- 95% of orders are approved with 1 small edit
- Times may be longer with revisions or additional photo submissions
- Tracking information provided for all orders
- "Skip the Queue" option available (speeds up art creation, not delivery)
- We allow up to 5 business days for artwork approval
- If no response within 72 hours, we proceed with printing

Holiday Season
Expect potential delays during November and December due to increased delivery service volume.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Absolutely! We'll send you a tracking number via email as soon as it's available, so you can follow your pet art's adventure to your doorstep.

What if my Artwork arrives damaged?

Please reach out to us via email or live chat ASAP with photos of the damage.

Damage by the courier or misprints in production are covered by us, free of charge.

We will send another print out to you as soon as possible.

Which payment methods are accepted at checkout?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shopify payments and other popular options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Can I use any pet photo for the portrait?

We can work with 99% of the photos we receive.

We can work with old photos and those featuring multiple pets.

If there are any issues with your photo, our support team will contact you to help.

You can also submit more photos when you preview your artwork and request changes

Can I see the artwork before it's printed?

Yes! We will send you a link via SMS or email to a digital preview of your artwork. You can approve it or ask your artist for changes. We only print after you approve the artwork.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Yes! You get free revisions to ensure your pet portrait is perfect.

You'll receive a preview within 72 hours where you can request changes or approve.

Once approved, the design goes to production, and no further changes can be made.

Can multiple pets be featured in one portrait?

Definitely! Our portraits can beautifully accommodate up to 3 pets.

Note: You can upload pet photos individually; they do not all need to be in the same photo!

For the best results, we recommend choosing a canvas size of 18x24 inches or larger.

Can I ask for specific edits?

Yes, our skilled artists can add or remove minor elements. Let us know your preferences when placing your order or give feedback when you receive your preview.
